Introduction

WINLY PRODUCTS COMPANY LIMITED was founded in 1976 whereas KENNY PRODUCTS COMPANY was established in 1979. The two companies have individual operations in Hong Kong that their factories serving separate customers for metal stamping products.

To cope with ever changing economic trends and to manage at higher cost efficiency, their production plants were moved to China in 1988 by forming up OCEAN METAL FACTORY.

At present, Ocean covers 28,400 m² and employs over 900 workers. With our experienced engineers and advanced equipments in Ocean, Winly and Kenny mean highest quality metal stamping products. We manufacture diversified products from minute electronic components to gigantic chassis. Existing customers cover different fields such as household appliance, automotive, computing electronics, industrials, audio equipments and telecommunications of worldwide.

It is our honor that Winly and Kenny have implanted a good image and reputation deep into the hearts of our customers. Currently, Winly focuses in export market while Kenny focuses in local market. Our policy is to do our utmost to provide the best services, to keep the best quality and to offer the best prices for all customers.

Business Development

Company Investment

Foreseeing a dynamic business growth, we have invested many new equipment in recent years. In between 1999 and 2000, we have spent over 3 million US dollars in setting up several Robotic Production Line and an Electrostatic Spraying and Powder Coating Line.

On the other hand, new factories and offices were set up between 2000 and 2005 to cope with different market needs. Ocean Century (Qingdao) Industrial Co. Ltd and Ocean Wuhan Industrial Co. Ltd. were set up focusing the home appliances market. Ocean Metal & Plastics (Shenzhen) Limited and Ocean Winly Korea Office were set up targeting domestic and Korea customers respectively.

Management System

We are organized under a well-developed management structure, which is used to achieve our Quality Objectives through QSTC: Quality Work, Good Service, On-Time Delivery and Cost Competitiveness establish our culture.

We have a fully computerized management system to keep a smooth and efficient running of the organization.

We obtained ISO9000 certification for over 7 years, and we are establishing a ISO/TS16949 management system to cope with the rising requirement on management system.
