Robot Line

Ocean utilizes 6 automatic production lines. Each of them is equipped with a robot line capable of automated loading, transferring and unloading of work-pieces throughout the process stations. The maximum size work-piece can be 1200mm x 600mm with up to 6 process stations, while still maintaining customer requirements to tolerances that often exceed industry standards.

Secondary Operation

Ocean has the facilities to accomplish the most finishing or secondary operations, either in-house or through reputable subcontractors certified to meet both our own and the customers’ quality standards. Available secondary operations include tapping countersinking, degreasing, spraying, silkscreen printing, plating, spot welding and many more.

In November 2000, a new 3-stories Electrostatic Spraying and Powder Coating Automation Line started its first batch of production. Besides spraying with conventional painting, it also supports powder coating which results an extra-ordinary finishing surface. Together with other new installed facilities, Ocean produces goods in the fastest and the most economic way.
