In order to meet the highest requirement of our customers, our quality control program is monitored by a diligent quality control department, utilizing the most sophisticated electronic measuring equipment in a meticulously clean, temperature controlled atmosphere.

Incoming Quality Control

All raw materials are certified by our suppliers and must pass our IQC inspection before they are released for production. In some cases, raw material samples will be sent to our laboratory for special testing to meet customers’ demands. Hardness test is a necessity. We will also perform the inspection through X-ray measuring equipment, which can measure the material coating thickness including a composition analysis on most of the common metal elements.

In-Process Quality Control

All phases of production are monitored by IPQC using either AQL Level II, MIL-STD-105E or Statistical Process Control (SPC). A first-piece inspection is always conducted at each manufacturing stage.

Quality Assurance

No finished parts will leave Ocean until it had been checked through our final inspection. The goal of our quality program is zero defects in all of our products.
